Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Airport

Overall I have stayed at this Hotel due to my company having us stay here. Would not be my choice as there is no free breakfast like other Hilton hotels, area not the best. Hotel is ok, rooms are clean and a good size when you get a signal bed.

I stayed for one night for a meeting in the hotel. The location is only a 6 minute drive from the airport and their shuttle service from the airport was timely and direct. I wanted to visit a restaurant across 6 lanes of traffic and Eli Blake drove me in the shuttle van. He also picked me up to prevent me from having to cross the dangerous traffic intersection. Eli has a great attitude and was a pleasure to chat with. Most shuttle drivers are cranky, but not Eli. He’s a great asset to this hotel and enjoys his role shuttling guests to and from the airport and to neighboring restaurants. Five stars to HGI Charleston because of Eli! Thanks for your service and positive attitude ! Don’t hesitate to stay at this property. :)

Cheryls customer service is top notch we appreciate her kindness and hospitality. Come visit her in the restaurant downstairs. We enjoyed breakfast thank you again!

This property is very dated. The air-conditioning makes a horrible noise when running and the walls are paper thin. Additionally, although they stated that I would receive my Hilton Honors Gold food reimbursement at check-in, they ended up denying it since I booked through Expedia. Newer hotels in the area are located much closer to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very nice, but there are much better places to stay in the area for a good night's sleep.

Everything great but the pillows were way to squishy and my neck and back hurt… recommend a few firm pillows The shower was weird in that you couldn’t turn on without blasting your face and very low water pressure Everything else was lovely and enjoyable

New clean, shiny centrally, located food on premises very safe rooms, comfortable and well appointed

I had an absolutely amazing experience during my visit! The staff truly made my stay unforgettable with their exceptional professionalism and warm, friendly approach. Their genuine attentiveness truly set the tone for the entire trip.
