It was very walkable from the train and well located in the city for anything to do in Bilbao. There were plenty of dining options close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. We weren't there long, but it was a well done business hotel that was quite updated and well run. I wouldn't describe it as charming, but it was extremely comfortable and a good place to stay while passing through.

El hotel está muy bien a excepto del ruido nocturno que hay, estábamos en el primer piso y todas las noches hasta las 00:00 había mucho ruido. El desayuno excelente. La habitación muy bien y baño limpio y amplio. El staff muy amigable. Utilizamos el parking del hotel.

Great staff, good location. However the lighting in the room was terrible…. Hardly any daylight from a tiny window, and the bathroom lights were so poor i couldn’t see to put makeup on!

Fabulous stay in Bilbao Reception staff exceptionally helpful went beyond and above what was expected Car parking was not easy but street parking not an option so busy

The location was great, close to the museum and old town. Even close to the metro if you wanted to visit other town. I recommend adding breakfast to your booking, as the food was very good, and you can ask the chef to make you a fresh omelette with everything in it. The fresh orange juice is heavenly. You’ll need an SD card with movies on it, because the only English Channels you get is the news.

The hotel was nice, and great location, staff were courteous. When we checked in the washroom was dirty, and the AC-cooling wasnt working well. Other than this, the breakfast was good, rooms were quiet, and we would stay here again.
