La Torre - Villa Rosamar Beach

This is a cozy little house with secure off street parking and direct access to a nice sandy beach. Walking distance to one cluster of restaurants and mini markets, a short drive to Cambrils town center or to supermarkets. Tarragona is less than a half hour by car, making it an easy (and worthwhile) visit. The main bedroom is on the sea side of the house, and you will hear the ocean if you leave the window open. (The second bedroom is on the street side.) The host is very responsive.

If this house was in a row of similar houses, it would be just about perfect. However, this is not the case. On one side is a multi-story apartment building and on the other a children's play park. The apartment building detracts a bit from the privacy, but is otherwise a fairly benign neighbor (though several units do have views onto the house's balcony). The play park is another story. Closest to the house are a mini-golf, a climbing maze, and a set of trampolines. The trampolines and climbing maze have direct views into the balcony and yard of the property and tend to be higher noise level activities. While the kids are unlikely to pay much (if any) attention to anything but their play, they still represent a significant impact to privacy and peacefulness. Fortunately, the play park did shut down early enough that it didn't interfere with sleeping. We liked the property, but we were there near the end of the shoulder season, and the play park was not too busy. In high season, there would likely be more activity and noise, and we might not have been as happy. (I also wonder if the play park stays open later in summer. This would definitely be a question to ask the host if you were thinking of booking.)

Top place to stay , the house is spotless clean, all mod cons, fast WiFi, and location is just perfect. Right on the beach, hearing the waves when you wake up and go to bed is just heaven. Jordi the owner is a cool guy, very helpful and friendly he has everything for a perfect stay, this house is highly recommended 👌.

Location is excellent- one of the few individual houses right on the beach. The house is small but very well set up with 2 bedrooms (comfortable beds), living-dining, bathroom with excellent shower and modern kitchen with everything you need. We also just loved Cambrils- great town, many restaurants within walking distance

Not a problem for us as we visited in winter but there is a mini-golf and other activities immediately next door. This could be a bonus for some and disadvantage for others.

The location was outstanding right on the beach. very well equipped. The owner was very welcoming and spoke good English and very knowledgeable. would definitely revisit.

I personally prefer better cleanliness, but we did not care too much, as everything else was great
