clean, spacious, friendly staff.

The only thing we missed was fresh air in the room. I understand that the windows are sealed for safety reasons, but the atmosphere felt somewhat stuffy

Beautiful architecture and furnishings. Very nice dining restaurant. Excellent breakfast- the food was top notch, there was a great layout. The staff were wonderful.

It was a little further out from Copenhagen than I anticipated ( my fault for not understanding). But it is located centrally- easy to navigate around.

Tyvärr fick vi ett rum där badrummet luktade bajs och unket som faaan när vi tog upp de me personalen så var den första personen bra och bad om ursäkt och skulle ge oss kompetens medans hennes kollega var otrevlig och fick mig att känna mig som att jag ljuger och misstrodde mig
