All the staff were very kind and helpful. Very good choice of food. Very clean and lovely beach.

Beach was good Dinner was perfect and on time Room was okay though the bed was to high

this was a nice place very helpful and polite staff and also easy access to the beach we had all inclusive access so we got the meals and drinks which were all good and tasty

This is a big complex with extremely accommodating staff. A big team of people that could never do enough for you, which was wonderful. The front of house team was exceptional, and Edward, in particular, went above and beyond every day. An all-inclusive gated resort with lots of security 24/7. Rooms were single storey bungalows, which were large and provided plenty of room, surrounded by lush greenery and set in wonderful little gardens. This resort is positioned directly on Diani Beach (which is spectacular), and the security team ensure that no beach sellers approach the resort. Plenty of sunbeds to go round and positioned well overlooking the white sands of the beach and overlooking the turquoise waters of the Indian ocean. The pool size was large and never felt overcrowded. Activities regularly take place during the day, from aqua aerobics and darts. Walking tours etc. Something to do everyday if you should so need it. Pool bar was always staffed well and food was also provided daily from a pool menu. Breakfasts were superb with an array of choices from cuisine all over the world. We had a great 5 day stay here and it was excellent value for money.

Evening Dinner was served 7pm to 9pm daily. Buffet style with a multitude of choice with menus provided upon arrival. We would tend to dine around 745pm and often found food had run out and were not replenished, mainly starters and desserts. Desserts were often gone by 815pm and were just left with fruit. This was slightly disappointing, although there were still options, but if dinner is being advertised for a 2 hour slot, then this food should be readily available for later diners.

The hotel was beautiful, great location right on the beach front generating the true African experience which is what I wanted. The check in was simple and easy process with everything self explanatory and the rules of the hotel were provided. the animation team were really good interacting with everyone - to be fair they had a tough audience especially when it came to the evening entertainment as people would have their dinner and then most would go to bed. I had an amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to come back again

not really their issue as outside the hotel but the beach boys were relentless with a lot of the other tourists with getting them to buy things

Genuint trevlig personal. God mat. Bra service. Åker vi till Kenya igen kommer vi definitivt bo här igen. Enda minuset är andra hotellgäster som går upp innan solen och paxar solstolar, som de sedan inte använder mer än någon timma på dagen. Annars var allt toppen.
