Staff are nice and friendly. Bedding is nice and comfortable.

We stay in the beach front private pool. The AC is small so the room is not cold. The bathroom is outside so you need to use the toilet in the hot and humid weather. The wifi signal didn’t get through the whole time we stayed. The food is too over priced and small portions (like you pay for the US price but not a quality food). The location is seclusive. Transport is too expensive $10 on way to Longset beach and around.

Absolutely recommended. Not too crowded, great and polite stuff in a beautiful location. The beach and the water is excellent even compared to the Mediterranean. The beach is almost private with seabed reserved for the hotel guests under the shade of palm trees with a small hotel beach bar for ordering refreshments. The restaurant is very nice and you are even allowed to visit the adjucent hotel restaurants ( the two hotels by the beach are in the same group ) to try different menus and charge your hotel room as you wouldnormally do. The hotel offers many activities for a small surcharge like hiking in the jungle, hiring scooters to see the island and other beaches, a night boat trip to swim with fluorescent plancton. The swimming pool offers an alternative if the sea condition would not permit swimming ( all three days of our stay the sea was calm and pleasant ). Finally the bungallows are roomy and the included but with open roof bathrooms are a nice touch.

Hotellet har en sindsygt smuk placering. Nok den bedste på øen. Det ligger ud til en fantastisk strand, omringet af skov. Faciliteterne var gode, god morgenmads buffet. Hotellet hjælper med alt, og tilbyder også en masse aktiviteter. Men det bedste ved Anaya er klart personalet. Super venlige, imødekommende, hjælpende og hjertevarme personer. Der er ikke en eneste personale der ikke gør sit ypperste for at du skal få det bedste ophold som overhovedet muligt.

The staff was so nice and generous, I booked for two nights and extended for another 5 nights. We had our own private beach at the hotel, outdoor shower, spacious room. I think this is the best value for money hotel that i ever stayed at. Definitely recommend.

Health Issues: I fell ill due to the welcome drink, which unfortunately ruined my entire three-day stay on Koh Rong. Lack of Assistance: I was forced to seek medical attention at a local clinic. Despite my obvious distress, the hotel staff did not even offer to assist with transportation, showing a complete lack of empathy. Hygiene Standards: The complimentary water is provided in glass bottles that were visibly dirty around the rim. Shockingly, if you request sealed bottled water, you are charged extra. Room Quality: The room was in poor condition; this is by no means a 4-star establishment. The air conditioning was extremely weak, effectively turning the room into a sauna. Facilities & Construction: The hotel appears unfinished. There is a glaring discrepancy between the professional photos on Booking.com and the actual reality of the property. Disturbances: Maintenance work was carried out on the building at 9:00 AM without prior notice, showing a total disregard for guests' rest. Services: While the Wi-Fi is advertised as free, the reception is consistently poor. Attention to Detail: The overall standards are lacking—cleanliness is non-existent, the food is of poor quality, and the breakfast selection is very limited. Safety Concerns: The small balcony in front of the room is dangerously slippery, and there is no handrail for the steps. Management: I eventually received a discount as compensation, but only after I explicitly demanded it. Having to ask for an apology in this manner was shameful. Verdict: The price-to-quality ratio is unacceptable.

The beach is beautiful and the staff are kind but the hotel is unready at this moment to justify the price. The owners however seem very kind and committed to do the necessary improvements.

The food, rooms and service can be improved but the family that owns the resort seems sincere in wanting to do everything so that once the construction of the building next door is finished in the summer of 2026, it could be a place of calm and some pleasure.
