Property Notes

Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities. Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant. The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins. Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 18 per night, per pet will be applied. Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Please note that all pools are heated from November to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

The rooms were very spacious, staff were friendly, it was clean and good value for money.

it was a little bit far out and the walk not fully lit on the way back from Meloneras. Woild have loved a spa.

It was a very nice stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and pool a lot! Staff was very nice and helpfull. It was very easy to book trips, rent a car, get a taxi all right there at the hotel reception, so that was very nice!

If you are into walking to the center or walking to the dunes/beach, this location is not very nice. You cannot walk through the golf course so you have to walk all the way around it. Making it a 40 minute walk to the busy areas in Maspalomas. If you are with a car however the location is very nice because is quite near the highway.

"THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE!!!"

Oh WOW. We don't remember when last time we felt like this in the hotel. THE STAFF WAS JUST AMAZING!!! Everyone was so attentive and nice, from reception to night guard, cleaning service and Restaurant. Plus the hotel has a great location and is super quiet!!!
