"A mainly comfortable stay in a a good location."

Location very convenient for seafront and town. Private parking.

Generally needed repairs and decorating. For example bedroom blinds completely unusable and balcony in terrible state.

We rented the property as our base for attending the Goodwood auto racing events about 30 minute drive away, it was well situated for that. Property has off street parking for one vehicle which was very useful, although there were only two of us, this would work well for a family. Nice clean place although the bed mattresses seemed to be a bit tired. Great location to walk to everything in Worthing

Location, comfort, provisions and parking! It was attractively styled and had lots of plug sockets and lights. There was everything we needed for cooking. The soft furnishings and bedding were fresh and clean. Overall the cleaners had done a good job.

It looked dingy from the outside which was a shame because it was clean and comfortable inside except for the carpets which need cleaning or replacing. What made it dingy was that all the windows need cleaning and the leaves and ivy clearing from the patio and terrace.

Great location, very near the beach, shops and park, good range of places to eat..

Worthing pier amusements were very poor and noisy. Traffic fast and inconsiderate.

"Uncomfortable. Poor value for money."

Beds not comfortable. Could feel the springs, edges poor. Windows dirty, blocked by ivy. Freezer unusable- iced up. Venetian blinds in bedroom so damaged we had to fix them before they could be closed. Then had to remain closed throughout the stay.

The location was excellent, it met our mobility needs. Bus was within our walking range, plenty of food choices.

Bath mat to stop us slipping and the bath surface was slippery.

Fantastic location. Off road parking is a bonus. Home from home with all the facilities you require. Host very accommodating and available at any time. I'm looking forward to our next stay.

The only thing I can say is, maybe an extra cupboard in kitchen for food items.
