"Poor"

The only plus point was that this place was very close to the place where we wanted to visit.

The property has not been maintained well.. the bathrooms are dirty, the floor is full of dust looks like it has not been mopped or cleaned for months.. The staff are not friendly .. they are rude.. not courteous .. breakfast was bad..

Small cozy hotel..whenever i visit chennai my first choice is this .i feel like home ..lovely interiors..clean rooms...tasty breakfast..for this budget they give the best

The area needs better maintenance; the garden in front needs to be trimmed; we have to remind the workers to keep a bottle of water; courtesy and smile is important

As above; property should arrange transport when needed; tea and coffee packets should be kept in the room; no need of keeping the kettle when tea/coffee is not kept
