Room was nice but wish I had a balcony - and the noise of beeps was annoying, Beach is right across the street with lifeguards. Breakfast was wondering and lunch at the location is convenient.

The best of this hotel is their service at the reception. They go beyond to excel for the customer and their needs, really world class. Ramona was exceptional and helped me find a place to do my nails, despite most places being fully booked that week, always with a smile and going the extra mile (Grazie Ramona!). Everyone at the reception was fantastic. The apartment needs love, outdated but ok. The bed is just like sleeping on concrete (the hardest bed I have ever slept on). The breakfast was rich on sweets but poor on healthy alternatives. The pool was really great and the restaurant was also quite ok. If you have back problems don’t stay here, the bed killed both mine and my boyfriend’s back. Avoid the breakfast, not worth it.

Frühstück minimalistisch, stark süss , kein Brot, kein Obst, Butter und Joghurt auf Anfrage. Keine Wurst, kein Gemüse. Aber für uns ok. , Kaffee sehr gut. Pool sehr gut und sehr sauber. Lage des Hotelsdirekt beim Meer und sehr verkehrsgünstig.

Informationen über die Lage der Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant haben gefehlt. Teilweise wirklich starker Lärm bis Mitteernacht. Zimmer wechseln nicht möglich. Badehaubenpflicht am Pool.

Per una visita a Palermo città non è molto comoda. Un po' lontano.
