The location, great price, good amenities, very comfortable bed, good WiFi

The instructions for separating and throwing out the trash were not clear for anybody who is not local and isn’t familiar with Italian trash differentiation rules there. We also wish there had been a bit more body/hand soap and a couch comfortable / large enough to relax on

Noise from the street

It was centrally located making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants and places of interest. It had an exterior door and apartment door making it apparently very safe. It is one floor up. There was a washing machine but no drier so anything washed had to be hung to dry. Coffee and sugar were provided. Air conditioning, when used was adequate. Drawers for clothes etc pull out from under the raised bed. Hangers were provided. Coming by train it is about a 20 minute walk.

The balcony was small and had no real view as it looked out on the wall of the next building. There were trash bins in the street which were emptied early some mornings. Being above a cafe/bar meant there was some noise at night. Bed had to be accessed up three steps and then crawling in from the base of the bed, but this is evident in the photos. There wasn't any paper towels although there was a rack above the sink. TV sometimes came on and channels could be changed but I think that was because batteries needed to be replaced.

Cozy studio, lovely design and decorated, we loved everything about it. Nice wooden touch in the apartment and bathroom aswell, attention to details and usage of every little space, although not big, we found everything we needed to enjoy a perfect stay. Great coffee, bars and aperitivi just belowz, location in downtown, very close to Duomo and Castello. Highly recommended!

You have to pick-up the keys from a different location. If you have luggage is not that easy

Well furnished and equipped, clean, central and near to good bars and shops. Good hot water. Basic supplies in kitchen appreciated. The apartment is a studio but quite spacious and the space arrangement functional. Good information about the city and surrounds in the books in the bookshelf. Very comfortable mattress. Responsive managers.

Electrical plugs and switches and light switches confusing and did not seem safe. Shower curtain mouldy along the bottom and mould in the shower grouting need attending too. It was a bit noisy but to be expected weekend nights in the centre with two bars close by below in the same street. The key pick up arrangement is very inconvenient.

Location, balcony, equipped kitchen

Had to travel about a kilometer from the property to pick up the keys. Fortunately, I could leave the keys in the property when I departed.
