O recepcionista foi bem mal educado e nada profissional, cheguei no hotel às 14 meu quarto não estava pronto pergunte a ele se como eu iria entrar às 15h por conta que o hotel que se atrasou se eu poderia sair às 15h do outro dia e ele começou a rir com deboche. No anúncio de vocês dizia com café da manhã e na teve, tirando que o hotel está em reforma cheio de sujeira.

todo el hotel, esta en construcción ,sucio y las habitaciones que te habilitan están destruidas, es un asco te tenes que bañar con ojotas. Una verdadera inmundicia. Una estafa
