"Great value, near free parking, and walking distance to attractions/beaches"

Walking distance to restaurants, attractions, beaches. Affordable compared to other areas. Plenty of towels, bath supplies. We were able to find free parking walking distance near the zoo (free after 6pm) so definitely a plus

Sometimes its noisy, expected though due to location.

"Noisy location but close to beach"

The proximity to the beach was good.

The street it is located on is very noisy. There are hostels around and lots of noisy guests. The shower was blocked when we arrived and it took more than 24 hours to have it fixed.

"Overall not a bad stay."

Location is convenient to beach food and shops. Bed was comfortable. Has small kitchenette.

Cleanliness, maintenance, and correct information for guests could improve. Lots of loud nose early in the morning around 6/7 am.
