Great location. The kitchenette includes full-size fridge which is very practical

1. TV would not connect to any channels. Since there is no reception there was no one to talk to about the problem. 2. Noisy at night. It's not the fault of the property rather other guests being inconsiderate and talking loudly into the night.

That it’s located near the beach. The staff is very polite and responsive.

The building itself is old, the apartment is in poor condition, the patio door doesn’t work well, and there are no mosquito screens in the bathroom or on the patio door, so a lot of mosquitoes were getting in.

Mark is genuinely nice!

One night of upstairs neighbors were quite rowdy and noisy.

Location. Close to everything, only 1 block away from the beach

Was noisy when the hotel next door was doing late night deliveries from their linen! Just had to close the balcony door and windows. No issues!

The place was nice, quite and people are just friendly

The only thing the AC unit in the living room was leaking, but thats about it

I can be difficult to wash clothes there. You have to share with house keeping
