Vale Pisco

The garden and pool are nice , and after the music was stopped it was a very quiet and relaxing place. The kitchen was a bit spartan but we loved the barbeque outside to grill food. The living rooms of the appartment are nicely decorated.

After reading the raving reviews on Booking and the way the accommodation presents itself online we were a bit disappointed with the situation in real life. Especially taking into account the rate per night Reading the info online made us expect a grand villa, stunning garden, amazing hosts, amazing views of the hills, fruitbaskets, salt baths etc. We found a pretty standard apartment, a view on the pool which had loud music playing. Fortunately the hosts were very accommodating to stop the music which was great. Croissants and coffee in the restaurant were subpar.

Everything! The room, surroundings, and furnishings were stunning.

The hot water could have been a little hotter.

The accueil, the customer service, the breakfast, the attention to detail and to the client and most of all the sympathie and the pride of doing perfectly of the Host Mr Vitor, what an excellent person to know and to talk - a very special Human Being :)

That we didnt have time to enjoy the place - due to work commitments was not possible, but I will come back with the family, very soon, no doubt.
