May be I had big expectations but it’s not 5 star hotel. Excellent staff but this is definitely not 5 star hotel. It’s 3+ star with big ambitions and prices.Worn out,charging for everything including coffee maker in the room,bed is uncomfortable with cheap quality bedding.

Overall a good experience, however it started badly. I was put into a tiny room with little or no space to move. After the first night I spoke with the excellent Christophe on the front desk and he sorted out a much better room. Zero drama and zero fuss. The next room was better. Thank you! Overall the hotel is classic French, staff are brilliant and the setting second to none. Parts are a little dated but that oddly adds to its obvious charm!

Fabulous location/setting, rooms comfortable and well appointed.

No towels or drinks / food service at the beach/water side / no access to the sea as the steps had been removed for Winter shutdown. The outside restaurant was in the process of being dismantled for the Winter - despite hotel being open for another 4 days - which was noisy and spoiled the beachside experience. No warning ahead of our stay, nor were we offered an apology or compensation for a significantly diminished experience. Lastly, the parking charge of £50 Euros a days, which we were not informed of on check-in, seemed excessive.

Best hotel for a south of France trip. We loved our experience at Belle Rives. The Management and staff were committed to making a vacation special. Thank you to Christina, the concierge team, the waiters in the bar and bell staff for your superb service! From backgammon on the veranda to a dip in the sea, our memories are so special. Great location also!!

Perfect place, nice ambience and friendly staff. Nicely located between Juan les Pins and the Cap d’Antibes. Easy to reach even coming by train. Good location to enjoy many nice places like Cannes, Eden Roc, Keller Plage or Antibes. Love the Fitzgerald piano bar and the view from the terrace
