Please note that for guests that leave before their original departure date, the entire stay will be charged. Please note that guests are advised to reserve a place at the beach in advance. Access to private beach is available upon reservation only and at an extra cost. Private beach is open from mid april to mid October. Please note that the swimming pool in the partner property is open from April to October. Please note that an extra bed can only be accommodations in the Deluxe Room with Sea View and the Superior Room with Cap View (without Sea View). In the Deluxe room, the extra bed is free of charge for a child aged 3 to 11 years old. In the Superior Room, it costs EUR 60 per night for a child aged 3 to 11 years old. Please note that for bookings of 5 rooms and more, special conditions apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very nice"

We had a lovely two night stay. Great location with a private beach club attached. (No sand) but lovely with a bar and nice restaurant. Book early as gets a bit hectic as they are in high demand. We ate at the Michelin restaurant and it was very nice but at over 800 USD that is what you would expect. Has some room for improvement but if you enjoy fine dining you will find it as a nice evening. The concierge's fantastic and most helpful. Always was able to find a solution, taxi or dinner suggestion. Cool bar and outside terrace for breakfast and cocktails. The breakfast was quite nice. The rooms are part small and I mean really small! I think we may have been in a tier which may have been the smallest so may get a bit better with other options. Only a few rooms with showers and the step In tubs are not ideal so I would not book again unless I could guarantee a shower room facing the Med. They have French doors where the views are lovely. Nice stay with good amenities.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og supert personalet

Sengen tror jeg var 180 cm. lang. Jeg er 180 og min mann 192 cm. Vi bodde der fra torsdag til søndag. Lørdag formiddag fikk vi ett ark under døren at det skulle være bryllup og at terrassen, som var det beste, var stengt pga. bryllupet🙈🙈🙈 og det kom kloakklukt på badet etter at vi dusjet. Stedet var ikke verdt prisen, men vakkert.

"Amazing stay!"

Wonderful mother daughter trip . Service was excellent and especially Luca and the concierge team. They responded immediately to all requests and sent detailed itinerary. Room and view was beautiful. Would definitely return and recommend.

Extremely poor service. The young staff are untrained and poorly guided to deliver a 5 star rating. There are a few staff that were good but that’s it. The sun lounge area to the beach is shockingly over occupied with millimetres from sun lounger to sun lounger this is due to the management allowing the public to use all the facilities at a price which leaves the paying guests forced to be packed in like sardines. Why the hell do they allow this to the general public when it’s only a small place. They obviously do not care about the paying customers as they have already taken your money which is extremely expensive. The bar area in the late afternoon and evening is the same, small space which would be fine but again open to the general public. Felt really uncomfortable with it being so packed. I blame the manager for this, he was totally rude and did not care about anything. He was totally uneducated with the surrounding area and with his staff. I asked him what restaurant options we had available as it was a Sunday, his reply was “the fancy restaurant “ to which I replied you mean the Michelin Star restaurant. WHAT A CLOWN. We are fortunate enough to have a sports car to which we wanted to drive to St Tropez and asked the manager the best way to find a secure parking spot, his reply “ get valet parking from one of the hotels in the area, there is a new hotel in the centre which you could do this but can’t remember the name, might be Hotel De Paris” I replied saying that hotel has been there for over 20 years. WHAT A CLOWN Overall, extremely poor, not relaxing, not worth the money, poor service. Sea area extremely congested, bar area extremely congested Left this place feeling extremely angry and feel like we have been robbed of a large amount of money. Be warned a lot of the good reviews are from the public using the hotel’s facilities

"Poor service"

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years (twice this year) and have always had a great experience. Sadly this year this was not the case. Let’s start with the positives - the door people are absolutely first class -totally charming. It’s a fantastic location with tasteful furnishings. The breakfast is lovely as are the breakfast staff. What really let it down this year was the service especially on the beach & restaurant. Both the female restaurant manager & the female who runs the beach have absolutely shocking attitudes - rude doesn’t even cover it. The beach service is a shambles - totally disorganised - in years gone by the service was so attentive - always checking to see if you needed anything - not this year - it was a struggle to get someone to serve you. The bar - where the service always used to be first class had also deteriorated - some of the staff lack a basic grasp of English. When I checked out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. This is a very expensive hotel where you would expect first class service - unfortunately this is not the case. It is obvious that there is a distinct lack of staff training which shows. The hotel is busy which possibly explains their take it or leave it attitude. I am sorry that I am even writing this - maybe bad reviews might alert them to their problems.
