Our host was easy to communicate with on Whatsapp and went out of their way to help us throughout the process which was difficult to navigate and involved moving to 3 different lodging locations. It was nice to have a pin to use to enter the buildings instead of needing to pick up physical keys. The price was amazing for the photos show in the listing, but sadly was not reality.

**We were scammed.** The photos on the booking.com listing (over 100 pictures) showed a beautiful apartment with a balcony and a nice city view. When we arrived at the airport I messaged our host only to find out that the address was changed. "The exact address is..." was the message I received. We had already scheduled a ride to meet us at the address provided in the booking, so this created a hassle. We navigated to a new address, only to find it had one bed for 4 people. Our host provided me a with a new address within 30 minutes. We were very tired after traveling all day and at this point we agreed to go to the new location free of charge as long as it had two beds. The new apartment was in the same neighborhood but a less safe area. We arrived to see not one, but two police crime scene areas taped off within a block of the apartment. This apartment had 2 beds but a balcony with no furniture and a view of a concrete wall. The photos looked nothing like the booking.com listing. The bathroom door handle was held together with tape and the door could not shut. The bathroom sink was clogged and could not drain. The ceiling was unfinished concrete that looked like it had sustained a lot of water damage and the heater/air conditioner made a loud sound throughout the night. Lastly, it was an online check in process and payment. We paid on venmo, but the host required a photo of a credit card to complete the booking? This was odd. When I questioned they said I could cover up the credit card number and expiration date and just show my name and it would suffice. I've never been asked for this in the past. Cuando estás en la puerta del alojamiento te dicen “te descargaste la app”…. Lo podrían haber dicho antes… pues no, allí en la puerta, descargarla, registrarse, esperar el mail de confirmación, pasarles tu usuario al propietario… Luego adentro: las fotos están sacadas cuando el apto era nuevo, hoy ya no se encuentra en esas condiciones. La heladera no cierra, la primer noche tuvimos inundación en la cocina porque se descongeló. En el edificio de enfrente están construyendo, te despiertas a la mañana con los obreros. La cama: colchón vencido.

Good location, easy access and parking.

Furnitures are not really comfortable, wifi connexion is limited.

The location is great, very close to all the good restaurants and coffee spots in Palermo. It is also close to the parks, in case you want to exercise.

The payment was unexpectedly requested to be in cash and in USD at the last minute. After some back and forth, an alternative was offered to pay via PIX with 20% increase.

The place was clean and the location was nice.

The place did not have blackouts in one of the bedrooms, so you could not sleep past 5:30 am. In that same room, the A/C unit was very noise. The hole place needs to be renovated pretty soon. Take into consideration that they do not accept credit card payments.
