Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. Attendants were great. Breakfast was delicious. The attendant in the breakfast area was awesome. Enigleider was excellent with me and my kids.

The hotel was good had everything you may need i would suggest better pillows and it would be a plus if the pool was heated. Other then those suggestion everything else was good.

Chegamos antes do horário do check in e precisava trabalhar e pedi para usar uma tomada e me indicaram as caderas e mesas que estão no corredor , as tomadas todas em mal estado e sem funcionamento. Quarto 113 o vaso sanitário estava descolado do chão se movimentando e fazendo barulho. De noite percebemos que a cama não tinha colcha ou edredón, apenas um lençol.

Ja estive nesse hotel outras vezes e gosto muito do ambiente e localização. Os quartos sao bem confortaveis , limpos e amplos. O pessoal da recepção é muito solicito e agradável. O uber chega rapidamente porque esta situado na frente do shopping Flamboyam

Localização excelente, atendimento bom, quarto bom. Apenas o café da manhã que deixou a desejar, pois tinha poucos funcionários, e então faltava o básico como copo, talheres, e reposições de alimentos. Mas foras essa questão, o hotel é muito bom.

"Decepção "

Decepcionante minha estadia, chegar ao hotel que tinha evento e ter que esperar pessoas pagar o estacionamento pra então vc poder fazer o check in apenas duas recepcionistas para várias pessoas no mesmo momento, mais deu certo e seguimos para o quarto, banho e compromisso em seguida, aí vc sai do banho e o quarto todo alagado água até em baixo da cama, liga na recepção vem manutenção ver e precisa trocar de quarto ligo novamente na recepção e teria que aguardar novamente eles atenderem aquele pessoal todo do evento pra só aí resolver meu problema, funcionários despreparados para solucionar a situação, e tem mais 8:30 no meu corredor já tinha gente trabalhando e quebrando gesso barulho enorme
