Bed bugs and I have proof

The room was full of cockroaches

The sheets were dirty and when we asked for clean ones they handed me unfolded sheets wich I wasn't convinced that they were clean. Air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. Towels were stained. Tub was old and stained along with the toilet.

It was dirty, bitten by bedbugs/ cockroaches everywhere. Tried to get a refund and all they offered was a $30 discount

They charged my credit card twice and then denied it. I now have to dispute it with my credit card company. Do not tryst them.

Their cleanness with their rooms really bad :( The building is runned down, shower was dirty stained towels and more they need to consult a third party hotel inspector so they can provide a better service.

A cleaner room and extra towels to replace the dirty ones

This visit was terrible. Communication was poor and unfriendly. Room was hot and had an odor. The tv did not work. The water in the shower was cold. We only stayed one day if our trip and checked out at 7:30 am to leave. We did not have breakfast and when I checked out the person checking us out was confused about the things I told him and that we were leaving early. I asked that we not be charged for second night. He did not respond and just wrote our room number down. Did not talk any more and then walked away.

Basic value property. It worked for me as I spent no time in the room besides sleeping and the bed was clean enough.

This place is a dump. The first room they assigned to us was dirty and all of the bedding was wadded up and dumped on a bed. The second room was clean but the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall and the toilet bowl cover was just sitting on the bowl unsecured. The beds are rock hard. The building is run down and in desperate need of renovation. The best thing I can say sbout this dump is i never have to stay there again!
