Quality Inn & Suites Columbus West

The beds were comfort and the price was reasonable.

After checking in. I never seen a person working there. Rooms smell old. The breakfast was edible but nothing over the top.

I liked the bed and tv was nice. Bathroom was foul. No toilet paper. There was one extra roll but it must of got wet and was hard and brown. Best thing was the air conditioning. Very loud area. Won’t be going back but staff was nice.

The property was old in need of repairs. Rotten wood on railings, stairs...refrigerator didn't work, did not respond to our call to get TV to work. We were told someone would be there in 10 minutes but they never came. Had to ask a 2nd time the next morning and was still not fixed when we returned in the afternoon. TV was set to Spanish language and offline. We finally figured how to set up ourselves to get Roku and get it online and connected to internet. Room was never made up. Breakfast eggs were cold. Marijuana smoke seemed like it was coming from room next door. I would give it no more than 2 stars. Would call it a Non-Quality Inn and Suites. Not sure where the suites were. Quality was very poor. Will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Almost seemed like a hotel with more of a long tern resident facility.

You should be ashamed to have this place on your website. It should be condemned! I’ve seen better rooms and facilities in jails. I keep saying it over and over but I am seriously done with Choice Hotels. I can’t be the only one. I don’t know how they are still in business. This room was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom and rust everywhere. The door was not sealed so there were all kinds of bugs inside. The breakfast had no proteins others than cold and I do mean COLD scrambled eggs. It was absolutely ridiculous! I want my money back!

The ac leaked all over the floor. Didnt look like the room was truly cleaned. The pillow had old blood on it.

Tub plumbing was substandard; no drain, no pressure or temperature balancing valve, tub and shower water ran simultaneously. The outside door locked but did not fit the threshold well.

The room that was reserved for us was musty smelling; the sink & tub were dirty; and the sheets had stains on them. We asked for a different room but it was also unsuitable for anyone to stay in. We demanded a refund and found another motel for our 2-night stay in Columbus, Indiana.

Definitely not what it seems online. My previous experience with another Quality Inn gave me the assumption I was going to be in good hands. Arriving here that was not the case. The front desk was pleasant but from outside to inside the buildings is run down and poorly patched up. Our room was not clean; the floors were dirty, the sheets had stains and it took me less than 10 minutes to decide against staying overnight. Ended up going to another nearby hotel to stay the night. I do not recommend this location.
