El personal es encantador, tanto en recepción, Giada, como el camarero del restaurante, Iván, te hacen sentir como en casa. Me sentí cuidada, protegida y atendida, y eso era lo que buscaba, así que muy agradecida. Si buscas súper lujo, no es el lugar. Pero si buscas un lugar limpio en el que sentirte segura y tranquila, cerca del lío de la quinta avenida, y sin mucho ruido, es perfecto.

La ubicación, es de verdad muy buena! Cerca de la playa, a la vuelta de la famosa Quinta avenida, frente a un Oxxo lo cual es muy conveniente. El personal muy amable, cuenta también con muy buena información para paseos. Tiene un pequeño restaurante que abre temprano

Custo benefício, as recepcionistas eram simpáticas e atenciosas, tamanho do quarto é ótimo e estar localizado próximo à 5@ avenida de Playa del Carmen! Como os passeios de Cancún são caros, se hospedar nesse hotel foi uma excelente estratégia para reduzir custos!

A maçaneta do chuveiro estava muito nojenta, (zinabrada), é uma coisa simples e barata de resolver, mas deu a impressão de descuido por parte do hotel.
