Quiet and clean

No inconvenience

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this property. My request for a ground floor, pet friendly ADA room was honored. The manager, Mel, disclosed upfront that there was water discovered on the bathroom floor before we checked in. Although the cause was not found, he urged us to be vigilant, and immediately contact him if it happened again. We have a cat, and the pet fee was a reasonable $20. The hotel is located directly off the 15 freeway. It's dated, but comfortable. Handicap and EV charging parking are available next to the property.

Our quick stay at the last minute turned out to be a very comfortable pleasant one at a very low cost. It is not fancy, but all the necessity was there. Particulsrly we appreciated the cleanliness and friendly night staff.

I stayed here recently and was very disappointed. I realize this is a Super 8, so my expectations were modest, but at over $130 a night I still expected a clean, safe, and functional room. The first room I was given had a strong mold or mildew odor, a large soft spot and hole under the carpet, and no working security bar door lock. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, with a dripping shower and a constantly running toilet. I’m mildly allergic to mold and I had an immediate and strong allergic reaction and went down to my car to sleep for the night (I arrived late around 11 PM). When I asked about checking out early the next day of 3 day stay, the front desk moved me to another room down the hall. It was an improvement but still not clean, and the toilet only flushed properly about one out of four times. Noise from other rooms and upstairs was constant, even with noise-canceling headphones. The whole building felt neglected, and the elevator inspection certificate had expired in 2021, which raised serious safety concerns. The only positive was that the staff member at the front desk tried to be helpful, and the internet worked fine. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to outweigh the overall lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
