Nice hotel..Great staff..Great location..a lot of restaurants and store near by .. they having parking and that is added value in crowded street like hamra ..comfy bed .. i asked for toilet hose and they respond... the staff always helping you with smile .theyvhave gym .. i don't like the towel

This hotel is ancient and in desperate need of renovation. The AC was creaking all the time and the staff were not helpful. I was offered a room that was far inferior to the premium one I booked online.

The location is great. My room was filthy and not updated and poor maintenance. The cleaning everyday was very poor and minimal. Pool was dirty and not taken care of. Customer service was poor. The gym is great and breakfast was good.

I chose this hotel because it’s convenient for my work We’re every facility is available in crown plaza for parking / gym / food service / laundry service / the staff is very proffecional and patient for the clients demands ... i defiantly recommend this hotel to everyone
