no estaba la reserva de booking. quisieron cobrar mas caro para nuestra estancia siendo que a nosotros nos figuraba la reserva consideramos fue un intento de ganar mas dinero fuera de booking

Overall good, except no breakfast as advertised

Reception Lady said breakfast was from 7am, we waited from before 7am till 8h45, office was still locked and on trying to call we could hear the phone ringing in the office but no one was there. We left LATE and without having breakfast. We should be compensated for this.😡

Bathroom window would not lock. Had to wedge a broken plastic hanger in window track and hope no one broke in on us.

Reasonable sized room. Clean towels. Poor toiletries. Large, comfortable bed. Huge TV. Quiet location so slept well.

This is the very first time I've had to carry my breakfast through the car park to my room to eat! Tiny breakfast table set up in reception but no where to sit and eat, hence the car park walk. Toast, cereal, eggs and cookies as choices, terrible juice, but coffee OK. All cheap foods. Yuck! One massive tub of butter shared by all so old toast crumbs every time. Floor of bathroom not overly clean, but room in general was clean. Dated and tired room.
