EL cuarto tenía humedad y las tuberías de desagüe emitían un óleo horrendo, el servicio del personal en general es osco, al momento del check out aun y cuando ya había un acuerdo de horario para late check out por beneficio de VIP la camarera intento dos veces ingresar a la habitación.

Muy mala experiencia, está muy descuidado , el baño de inundo , la alberca e instalaciones muy descuidadas , no hay servicio de botones , tú tenía que subir tu equipaje solo, muy caro el restaurante , la camarista no fue , llamamos y a hasta las 7:00 pm fue de mala gana y tuvimos que salir del cuarto para que medio lo hicieran , faltaban toallas
