Saray Prime Suites

The Hotel's location was excellent.

I recently stayed at Saray Prime Suites in Kuwait city, and I must say, it was a profoundly disappointing experience, especially when compared to my previous stay at their Bneid Algar branch, where they exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness was subpar, with visible dust and stains on the furniture. Additionally, the air conditioning, was either malfunctioning or not working at all in one of the bedrooms and the living room I've called the front disk and they sent the maintenance team they tried to fix the AC but they left without finding a solution to fix the AC. It's disheartening to see such inconsistency within the same hotel chain. I hope the management addresses these problems to match the high standards of their other branches. Until then, I will be wary of choosing this location again.

A cozy place to stay with all services around plus spacious furnished apartments you relax in ... Welcoming and professional receptionist whose assistance is there. Try stay once and you'll make it more than that once.
