Easy to get around, convenient train to take around the property

Overrated destination,worst vacation ever,at the time of check in, the snack bar was empty,room had mold in the shower,dirty shower glass ,jacuzzy never worked,vomit in the balcony during the whole stay,towell shelf moldy and falling apart ,mirror falling down in the bathroom, (have pictures but unable to upload) we reported these issues many times to different employees and they never solve it,buffet food was ok,dont bother to visit a la carte restaurants ,the food is mediocre,stay away from gifts,its a scam to bring you to a 3 hour presentation to become member(dont do it) ...lack of entertainment ,there isnt much to do inside the resort walls,entertainment options outside are not walkable,staff is friendly,beach , pools and gardens around property were nice,bring lots of cash,everybody wants tips ..i will never come back,ever,wasted time and money.

In general, the facilities are good, except for some specific details. For example, at the paddle tennis courts, they provide equipment, rackets, and balls, but the rackets are all broken and need to be replaced. In my room specifically, there were mosquitoes living in my bathroom, and they wouldn't go away no matter what I did. It was a bit annoying, though this might be an isolated case, as it didn’t happen in the room of the couple that was with us. Also, when you leave the room, the power is completely cut off, including the outlets. As a result, you hardly use the minibar because everything is always warm since the electricity turns off when you go out for activities. You also can’t leave your phone charging for the same reason. I think they should separate the lighting from the outlets. Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff, in general, was very friendly and always willing to help. Particularly, our assigned assistant, Cesar, was a 10-plus. He was very kind, always ready to assist us, and attentive to our needs. His service was excellent. Overall, we really liked the hotel and will return.

It was a beautiful place to spend a few days and relax.

Having the transportation as an option was wonderful. You could walk if you wanted but knowing a “train” was available, was great.

Love the beach and the pool.

The room smell bad, the A/C is never cool, minibar is hot, shower's water runs all over the entire bathroom, toilet leakage, Very uncomfortable beds.

It was a nice stay. Loved the suite view but the AC in the room was not working.
