"Friendly Staff!"

Check in was awesome, staff polite & professional, very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is located in downtown Lexington beside Jeff Ruby's (great place to dine!). Our room was nice, bed was too hard for my liking, and the city view rooms are noisy... lot's of people out & about after midnight, traffic was loud. Overall, it was a nice stay... don't forget to checkout the rooftop pool, restaurant & lounge area... nice view of the city!

Our stay was super nice. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in wasn't very friendly. But at checkout there was another gentleman who was so nice. Would for sure stay again. Was little noisey since its right in the middle of bars and restaurants but the noise machine was a huge help in the room.

The only reason for 4 stars over 5 is the hotel does not provide water for its guests in the rooms. I think it is ridiculous for a nice hotel to not be able to afford a few bottles of water for the room or at minimum have water stations on each floor. We asked for water at the front desk, but it was $5 a bottle.

Overall a nice hotel in a great area Little bit of confusion/issues checking in with Expedia reservations which led to additional issues at checkout. Everything was resolved but never had an issue in the many years of traveling.

"It’s was great other than us being very upset with the pool being closed the whole duration of our stay"

This property was beautiful super clean and friendly! It had access to so many places and so many in hotel items and places to go! The food was fantastic

The only complaint we had was we were very disappointed to find out the pool was closed the duration of our stay and that is the MAIN reason we picked this hotel because we have small children.
