"I will never will stay there ever again"

Great location, and clean

Customer service was non existent. I burned my hand at the restaurant. They brought me a skillet with the food and didn’t warned me it was EXTREMELY HOT and my skin stick to the metal, I had called about a party/fight/ loud music. At 4 am and nothing was done about it. I had to leave the property to and air b&b.

"Buen hotel con muchas alternativas"

El hotel es agradable, cómodo y tiene variedad de amenidades. Tantas, que casi no podrán conocer todas. Muchos restaurante tipo bufet, muchos restaurantes a la carta, varias piscinas. Es muy grande y sin un mapa o direcciones te puede aturdir. Fui en mayo, época de sargazo, pero mantienen la playa limpia.

Un defecto es que en el primer día trataron de venderme el programa Palladium Travel Club y me quitaron casi toda la mañana.

"No valió la pena"

Tenían más burocracia que un gobierno para realizar cualquier trámite. Se tardaban un montón de tiempo para atenderte en el lobby o la parte de actividades. Nunca había lugares en los restaurantes aunque vayas a primera hora y ni en la app salía disponibilidad. La comida muy regular a mala. El horario de la pileta es hasta temprano y ridículo que el bar de la playa que encima tiene pocas cosas cierre ya a las 5 pm. Poco espacio de playa. No habían muchos lugares con sombra cerca de mi edificio, no tenían ni mesitas para poner las cosas.
