Tenía algunos desconchones en las paredes , el estor de la persiana se descolgó ( estaba suelto) y la tapadera del WC estaba desencajada.

Camas muy cómodas,muy bonito decorado,cocina con lo imprescindible y nos dejaron un poquito de aceite,sal y cápsulas de café. Mucha luz natural y también artificial con varias zonas de iluminación. Fácil aparcamiento,muy cerca de todo, la tranquilidad del lugar y el entorno es maravilloso. El sistema de llaves es muy cómodo y rápido. La ducha iba super bien. Tienen una biblioteca preciosa y juegos de mesa que hicimos uso. Amabilidad de los habitantes y gastronomía de 10

Nada más llegar nos salto la alarma de incendios. Te indican en cárteles que al utilizar la placa de inducción y/o la tostadora enciendas la campana extractora que fué precisamente lo que hice ...al hacer unas hamburguesas en pocos minutos se lleno todo de humo...llamé al teléfono que encontré en Booking porque tampoco hay nadie en recepción ni funcionaba la tablet que hay como asistente virtual(estaba apagada), me atendió un hombre el cual desactivado la alarma dándome a entender que fue culpa mía al no encender la campana...al día siguiente les pasó lo mismo a otro apartamento... La limpieza en general está bien pero los azulejos paredes y puertas necesitan una limpieza a fondo, y el secador tiene el cable roto, cal y oxido en algunas partes del baño. Por la noche alguien encendió la luz de la entrada que repercutía directamente en nuestra habitación sin poder dormir ...deberían de poner un sistema de sensores por movimiento para la luz (además de así contribuir con la eficiencia energética y el medio ambiente). El sofá es incomodísimo y se echa de menos alguna mantita.

El apartamento cumple los requisitos para una estancia corta o larga. Bien equipado

Sería genial que aceptaran mascotas con ciertos requisitos, entiendo que en algunos casos puedan causar molestias pero hay otros en los que las mascotas ya están acostumbradas a apartamentos sería un plus. Tampoco hubo interacción directa con el personal ya que todo está automatizado.
