A nice location and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. A nice view. Staff were accommodating in allowing us to store our bike in their reception area.

#1 the noise:. The building is all stone & steel with a hollow roofed-over core, and the sounds of door closings are like rifle shots. The rooms are not insulated for sound, and you can also hear people talking, showering, etc. The building is busy and never quiet. People kept coming after midnight. Neighbors somewhere had a loud conversation from 04-0430. The front door started banging again before 0600. #2 the kitchenette, There was one small hot pad and the sink was the width of a toothbrush. It is messy doing dishes when you can't put them in the sink - not even the bowls would fit. #3 It's impossible to shower without water going all over the floor.

modern and clean

very noisy, the flat above sounded like they were coming through the ceiling, also every time they flushed the toilet it sounded like its was coming through the ceiling, sound proofing between the flats needs to be addressed.
