Terrible hotel. We booked a 3 person room. What we got was a 2 person room with a third bed pushed against the door. I couldn't open the door in the first place. I had to push it very very hard even with to people; I discovered that was because they had pushed the 3rd bed against the door!! The bed was like 80 kilos or something. That was crazy and when we entered the room the alarm kept ringing and ringing. And that kept happening everytime we opened or closed the door. The bed in front of the door was really dangerous in case of a fire. It was a fire hazard. And a really unsafe situation. Furthermore the thermostat didn't work at night so the room was really cold. We brought with us my mom who is 70 years old and she had a broken foot. The bed in front of the door was made up really strange with a 2 persons blanket folded and the matras was bigger then the bed itself which made her fall out and was very uncomfortable. When we went to complain about the situation at night there was only a nightguard who told us to come back in the morning, because he couldn't help us with it. When we went to complain in the morning they told us that they would look into it and they would be in touch. We even showed them a video we made about the bed and the alarm. We didn't get an apology or anything. They were very indifferent about it. There were also other minor things like all the candlelights were out in the swimmingpool and the room should have 5 different pillow choices but it didn't have that as well. We also made an official complaint at Booking.com. So we expected to be contacted by the hotel with an apology and a compensation, but it couldn't be further from the truth. They send us a compensation offer of just €0,01 cent. This is ridiculous! But it got even worse, the hotel stated that we haven't mentioned it during our stay so they didn't want to compensate anything and didn't give an apology. They straight up lied about...
