Vriendelijk personeel, kamer was netjes, ontbijt was super lekker. Hotel op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum van Brugge.

Très bien situé . Dans l'ensemble Très bien le personnel tres gentil et serviable.

Ne parle pas français. Mais c est pas grave il parle très bien anglais.

Vraiment un bel hôtel, personnel très sympathique, agréable, très souriant... L'hôtel est vraiment propre, et un petit qque chose en plus ♥️♥️ Chambre méga spacieuse, lits hyper confortable

Petit bémol pour la douche, aucune puissance dans le jet 😳🫣🫨, mais bon, le principal, c'est d'être lavé 😜😜

This is the hotel to stay at when visiting Brugges! Right from when you first walk in, the service is above and beyond! We arrived super early before check in, but they went above expectations and allowed us to check in early and already had our room waiting for us. Plus there was a box of chocolates in the room as well! All and I mean all the staff were super friendly and polite. They provided a list of sites to see and recommendations for restaurants. It's only about 7 minute walk to the Market Square as well! And there is a bus stop 2 minutes down the street so if you come by bus from the train station it's super easy too. I can't say enough about the experience. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel . Ruhiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett , tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal . Vielen Dank .
