"A good hotel for the centre of Targovishte"

It was very close to the centre. The staff were really pleasant and helpful.

The fridge wasn't working. We did report it but it wasn't fixed

No Wi-Fi is available in the hotel, and I used up all my mobile data last night. This morning, I asked the staff to turn on Wi-Fi for just one minute to clock in remotely. They delayed for a long time and kept suggesting I switch to other networks, which made me miss the 8:30 check-in and suffer a loss of 10 euros. Fortunately, another guest helped me out promptly. By comparison, the hotel’s service is clearly unsatisfactory.
