La insonorización hacia el pasillo no es buena, se escucha cada que abre puertas de otras habitaciones, maletas rodando y las platicas.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, primarily due to the front desk staff and their lack of professionalism and customer service. At check-in, I was not charged the full amount of my reservation. Then, the night before checkout, my room key stopped working and I was locked out of my room. When I went to the front desk, I was told there was a balance on my account and that I would not be allowed back into my room until it was paid. In all my years of traveling and staying at luxury hotels, including many 5-star properties, I have never been locked out of my room over a balance issue. Outstanding charges are typically handled at checkout, not by preventing a guest from accessing their room during their stay. To make matters worse, the hotel charged my bank account for the full amount plus additional charges. When I checked my account again, the transactions were no longer showing as pending, and it appeared that multiple charges had been processed, creating confusion and concern about my available balance. Dealing with billing issues in the middle of a vacation is stressful and unacceptable. The room itself was also disappointing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the room was very dark with inadequate lighting, and I experienced what appeared to be bed bug bites during my stay. The only bright spots were the spa staff and the bell staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. Unfortunately, their excellent service could not make up for the poor treatment and lack of customer service at the front desk. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff were unprofessional, handled the situation poorly, and made what should have been a relaxing stay unnecessarily stressful. I would not choose to stay here again.
