Para empezar no le dejaron mi reservación al recepcionista y se tardaron más de 1 hora en entregarme habitación. Después me dan la habitación y me encuentro con 3 cucarachas (2 en el baño y una a un costado de la cama) y luego me cambian a otra habitación donde la cama termino siendo más chica y no hubo alguna mejoría o alguna atención hacía mi. Dijeron que el gerente me atendería pero nunca sucedió! De nada les sirve tener premios colgados si dan un pésimo servicio

They gave me a smaller room than the one I paid for and refused to refund me the difference Swimming pool water was very dirty Trash everywhere on the outside of the hotel The playground outside very dirty and not working The train line is next to the hotel and the noise is loud, trains running all night

Si vas de pasada, es el mejor hotel que puedes reservar. Inmejorable ubicación, vayas a donde vayas.

The place is nothing as expected. It's under renovation. There is no spa. The rooms aren't what advertised, the "junior suite" is a regular sized room, with a mini bathroom, the kind that you can't open the door without hitting yourself. They have absolutely no view, either side. It's next to the railroad on one side, on the other there is a freeway. So it's noisy. The restaurant is horrible. The worst food ever. It's not like it's cheap. It's far away from downtown, so only if you bring a car, it's not easy to get around.Very lacking.

Que están pintando en el gym con aerosol y toda la pintura se precipito a la alberca en una capa óleosa en la superficie del agua, obviamente con consecuencias dañinas para la piel y no cerraron la alberca al publico por lo tanto no nos avisaron, a pesar de haber llamado y preguntado disponibilidad no nos comentaron nada al respecto, además de que el olor a pintura era muy fuerte aún cuando los trabajadores ya se habían retirado hacia horas. Nos hospedamos aquí para usar la piscina y nos salen con esto.
