The water is cold at the Weter pool

Easy access to main roads, the breakfast buffet that’s included it’s delicious. I had a very late night check-in and there was no issue. But when it comes the time for checking-out, the staff is very pushy to leave on-time or else they’ll charge you an extra day. Also, when asking for basic stuff such as water, there’s an extra charge for it.

Do not stay here!!!! There are much better options in the area. This place looks nothing in person compared to the pictures. I had planned to stay there for a week thinking it was going to be somewhere I could work during the day, handle some family business in the area and then relax when I had time. There is nothing nice or relaxing about this place. Wifi was slow and not able to support my work Closet and room smelled like roach spray Bed was hard and not comfortable. All the furniture was not comfortable. Pillows and linens did not smell clean. Everything was old and outdated From the pictures it looked nice and very resort style but looks very different in person. So after seeing all this and the rude and unfriendly staff I decided to leave after being there a few hours. I tried checking out and the staff would not issue a refund. The owner would not allow it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in Mexico. I hope this helps others stay away from this horrible hotel and that Expedia is aware of these issues. ¡No te quedes aquí! Hay opciones mucho mejores en la zona. Este lugar no parece nada en persona comparado con las fotografías. Había planeado quedarme allí por una semana pensando que sería un lugar donde podría trabajar durante el día, manejar algún negocio familiar en el área y luego relajarme cuando tuviera tiempo. No hay nada agradable ni relajante en este lugar.
