Huskisson Holiday Motel Cabins

Mould, dust and cobwebs in bathroom area. Carpet under queen bed was damp and smelling of mildew from an apparent roof leak. Had to move the bed to get away from the smelly wall and carpet. Mentioned it to the manager who said he’d ‘look into it’ but I suspect he was already aware because the room had a fragrance diffuser to try and cover the smell plus towels in the window sil (near the damp carpet) to soak up moisture. Not impressed.

The cabin has separated toilet and shower and sink area which makes things easier for a family and was very much appreciated. Having bunk beds also makes things easier with kids that refuse to share a bed. (Why aren’t single beds for kids a more common thing?) However, the cabin smelled terribly damp. I know the amount of rain we received in the area has been abnormal and it would have been difficult to manage. However, I was worried of the air quality and therefore worried about our health. The air conditioner/converter didn’t help much and was dusty which made me not trust the filter’s condition. I believe more should be done to ensure guests well-being.

An easy stay with everything you need in a great location.

Very close to Huskisson and well set out with separate toilet and shower. Comfortable bed and very clean and tidy.

Excellent accommodation for our needs and perfectly situated.

Well located. Clean and halfway between shops and beach. Noisy plumbing, seemed to be all cabins. Strange as they just need to valves in showers and basins.

Tidy cabins in a nice area, would definitely stay here again :)

Great location - walk into Huskisson. Clean comfortable cabins. Friendly reception. Only downside was dealing with some noisy plumbing. On the whole great value for money accommodation.

Great location, nice and tidy but it’s a little dated. The water was a bit of an issue, especially having a baby and not being able to use a tap because of the noise the plumbing makes.
