USEverything was clean and comfortable.
The building is under construction, not noted on their website. The person working the desk seemed not to know how to use the computer or the computer wasnt working. We had to leave a cash deposit for the room. No extra toilet paper or toiletries were left in room. Bed coverlet was stained. Person at desk gave us a sheet to use instead.
The gentleman at the front desk apologized that the room we had reserved wasn't available (King/handicapped). I told him we didn't need handicapped. He was able to give us a King suite. However, this morning when my husband went to shower, there was no shower curtain and no ability to even take a shower, so that was disappointing. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a nice sized TV. There is 24 hour coffee/tea/juice which was nice. The breakfast was very good, and the woman who took care of the breakfast service was so friendly. I thought she was the sweetest person I've ever encountered in that position. Overall, it was a good stay. It would have been great if we had a working shower.
