廊下にロックアイスとウォターサイバーがあり便利でした TVで、ユーチューブ寝る前のストレッチして良く寝れました

スマホで行きの送迎バスの予約が取りづらく、ホテルの電話にかけても 繋がらず、フロントに問い合わせが出来るようにして頂けたらと思いました！

"のんびりと温泉に浸かって癒されました。"

リニューアルオープンしたばかりとあって、内装は綺麗でした。また部屋からの眺めも半露天風呂からの眺めも良く、お料理も美味しかったです。静かな場所にあるので、温泉にゆっくりと浸かってのんびりするには最適の場所でした。

お風呂場で使った濡れたフェイスタオルを入れるボックスと、替えのフェイスタオルの準備があったら便利だと思います。

"またまた来たくなるホテルです"

館内トイレも含めて掃除が行き届いていた。 料理も料金の割には大変良かった。 スタッフの応対「外国人の方も」が、良く教育されていた。 毎年熱海へこの時期来てますが、来年もこのホテルに決めてます。 ありがとうございました
