The check in process was a bit clunky

The location in Old Town is wonderful. Steps to huge old churches, bars, restaurants and shopping. This property is huge! We had plenty of room to spread out. The washer & dryer were very convenient, too. Great art throughout the space, and we loved the balcony for coffee and people watching in the mornings. That electric citrus juicer was great, as well-- there are plenty of places close by to purchase fresh citrus.

There was a Nespresso machine in the apartment, but no pods to use. After buying the wrong size the first day, we were able to find some that fit eventually. We couldn't get the TV to connect to the network, and the huge lamp in the sitting room didn't work. The couches and chairs in the living room were plentiful, but not very comfortable.

Check in system was to complicated. Wrong keys were left for us .

kitchen poorly serviced. very few glasses, not any dishwashing tablets, very little washing liquid, no scissors, very few utensils. The locks to both the building door and the apartment door were electronic and both were not working properly.

Electronic door codes didn't work.

Quite loud noises from bars nearby. Friday night there seemed to be a live band on in a venue in the same building.

The location was perfect, you can walk everywhere in Bilbao. The apartment is huge and with great equipment. The check-in process was very easy and adapted to our late arrival schedule.

Wi-Fi/internet was not good at all, so not recommended for people who want/need to work. Also, the whole apartment smells like cigarette. We thought it had been the previous guests but it became stronger in the middle of the night so it might be from some neighbor's smoke coming into the apartment.
