"Under all kritik"

Förbeställt mat till 19 personer enligt hotellets önskemål. På plats vill de två som var i tjänst att samtliga skulle beställa dryck i baren, vilket gjordes varvid maten skulle serveras därefter. I väntan på maten fick vi besked att oxfilén var slut ( vi var 9 som beställt det) det var 5 barnhamburgare, 2 pommes med korv även det till barn. Det tog 20 minuter mellan barnhamburgarna och pommes med korv till barnen. Maten var bokad till ca 19.30. Sista maten kom ut 20.45 några få i sällskapet kunde äta samtidigt. Det var beställt extra fin dukning då vi firade en högtidsdag, det enda som på bordet var några plastblommor och några ljuslyktor. Det var även beställt överraskning till jubilarens rum, ingen överraskning fanns. Örngott, handdukar var smutsiga. Fick nytt rum, där låg det svarta hårstrån i handfatet och på toagolvet. Toastolen var inte ren. Frukosten var delvis slut, samlades 08.30 för att äta den. Är oerhört besviken på ett mycket dåligt skött hotell.

"Frukosten förstörde intrycket av resan."

Frukosten var till 10:00. Vi kom ner till frukosten 09:30. Då fanns knappt något bröd så vi fick ta de sista bitarna av de som fanns kvar som jag inte hade tagit om jag fått välja. Jag tycker om löskokta ägg men den korgen var tom. Ett hårdkokt ägg var det som erbjöds. Jag skulle ha en tesked till mitt Te men det var slut. Det som var tråkigt var att det fanns ingen man kunde påpeka till utan de var inne i köksdelen någonstans. Vi gick upp till rummet mycket besvikna då vi betalat 1490kr. Vi checka ut och fundera om det var sista besöket påt hotellet. :-(
