Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência. O local é bem bonito e limpo, mas as acomodações não são boas. A princípio ficaria num quarto simples, sem banheiro, mas acabei mudando pra um quarto com banheiro. Aí começaram os problemas: O quarto tinha uma janela, sem cortina, que dava pra um corredor com luz acesa a noite inteira. Tive que colocar um lençol e roupas pra tapar a luz. O ventilador de teto é impossível, absolutamente barulhento, com barulho de batida e possibilidade real dele cair. Não pude usar. O quarto só tem uma tomada, no banheiro, sem apoio pra carregar telefone (tive que deixar pendurado). Fui reclamar da péssima experiência que tive, só me ofereceram um café da manhã de graça, que ignorei. Não volto mais.

Great location and atmosphere

The staff was nice and welcoming. The location is very nice as well.

However for the price I paid (80€/night) the facilities were AWFUL. Worst value for money ever. It was moldy and when I checked in the pillows didn’t have any sheets you could see that the pillows were full of mold. The bed sheets were dirty I had to ask them to change them and the new ones weren’t even better. It was super super noisy until late night. The water was either cold or burning hot. Honestly one of the worst experience in a hotel compared to what I was expecting from the photos.

The location is great, by the beach. Staff is friendly.

1. It is announced as 'suites' which is misleading: the bathroom is shared for the whole floor (around 6/7 rooms). The bathroom is not cleaned frequently and you can find unpleasant surprises. 2. Email confirmation mentioned the breakfast options like 'queijo quente'(melted cheese sandwich) but they offered only pão na chapa (bread and butter). 3. They are building a restaurant in front of the guest house with noise and powder the whole day in front of the rooms. 4. The room window was facing an internal corridor. No good air ventilation. For 80 euros a night, it is a rip-off.

Location was unbelievable with awesome views and easy access to the beach

Could have been informed on the construction occurring on site. Locks on the doors to actually work. Toilet flooded throughout the night and a light was left turned on in an adjacent room which my window led to and the curtain of that window was to small so it felt like it was daylight all night. Also ran out of water on the upper floor when I arrived so the toilet and shower was not operating.
