The staff was very friendly and polite i will return again thank you for the amazing service

A fire alarm went on and we had to evacuate the building until the firefighters check the building, they had us outside for more than two hours, from 10pm-12:30am, on a 104 F weather outside, I have an autistic child and it was a horrible experience! They need to manage better this type of situation!

Pulled out of room at 1030 pm for fire in hotels kitchen allowed back in around midnight and wouldn’t offer any partial refunds or future deals

Check in was great, and the gentleman who checked me in (Greg) was very friendly and kind. During check-in, he asked if I would need the room cleaned and I said yes. I was in the room the next day and noticed that the cleaner who I had seen in the hallway had bypassed my room. I went to her and asked her about taking care of my room, and she said that 417 was not on the list. I went to the front desk and spoke with Greg (who had checked me in), and he confirmed that my room was not on the do-not-clean list. He radioed the cleaner, and she said she did not have time to clean my room. I told Greg that it was ok that I just needed fresh towels, which he provided me and apologized for the misunderstanding. The carpet in the hallway on the 8th floor is ragged and in need of replacement. The room I was assigned (417) had an odd smell that is noticeable as soon as you enter the room. After a while of being in the room, the smell is not that evident. Everything else about the stay was fine.

Clean, actually easy to get and to find restaurants as long as the gps is working. Comfortable bed.
