Our first customer service representative was awesome.

Bed hard, doors slamming through the night, Furniture in the lobby dirty stained. Rugs in the room were dirty dust Behind the Chair near the lamp and under the bed bathroom shower stall walking was slippery needed to clean it before I could use it.

We got the breakfast buffet, which was chock full of great food and drinks. There was a menu to order from as well. Dinner was very good, well prepared and big portions. Staff was wonderful, even sent a snack tray to our room, which was really nice to have after flying in from Germany (about 12 hours travel time from Frankfurt to JFK to Edison). Heated pool was a godsend! Restaurant hostess brought a fan to our table for my wife's comfort. This place is great, would definitely stay again. Lots of parking, and the location is easy to access, and in a safe area.

Honestly, there is not really anything to not like, but if I have to list something - Hallway carpets are a little old. Room TV was older, we have been spoiled with a big OLED TV at home lol.

Location, room, Ana in the restaurant was super nice and professional.

Rug in the hallways are a trip hazard, reservation said there was a hot tub, but there was not. And very noisy from the vehicles traveling on the road next to hotel.
