"Nice hotel, but front desk service needs improvement"

The hotel has a great location and a nice view. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive.

The check-in and check-out experience could be improved. The receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly, which made the arrival and departure less pleasant than expected.
