The hotel was very clean—spotlessly clean. It offers great value for the price and fully met our expectations for the budget. The location is excellent; we were able to visit most of Ottawa’s main landmarks without needing to use a car. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

La chambre étais très grande et propre

Je n'ai pas eu une belle Accueil, nous avions seulement 2 serviettes et lingette pour ce laver alors que nous étions une famille de 5 et le prix supplémentaire pour le stationnement est vraiment élever .

I absolutely loved my stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with plenty of appliances and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to downtown and many of the city’s main attractions, all within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Ottawa.

The room was awesome 10/10 but there wasn’t any complementary water. Secondly, the elevator signs were missing on 3rd floor as were not able to find it at first. Thirdly, it was a puzzle getting out of room and going to the lobby from different corridors.
