Wir hatten die Wohnung sehr schön großgeräumig, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Der Empfang war eher genervt und gelangweilt an der Rezeption. Es war eine junge Dame. Das Frühstück ist alles in Plastikteller Besteck einfach alles

Amazing staff and a great value for my money. This was my second time staying here and it was even better than the first time. The staff are helpful and friendly every step of the way. As a family travelling with wheelchair accessibility needs in our group and an infant, we had a room that was spacious and well equipped for our needs. The only thing to be mindful of is if using a wheelchair , the elevator is small and can fit a wheelchair plus someone assisting , but you may need to wait if you have a lot of bags or people are already on it. Breakfast is amazing with its grab and go breakfast sandwiches and other well rounded options. No extra charge for parking underground vs outdoors. The location is amazing and only a fifteen minute walk to parliament.

A perfect location. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was excellent. They also provided water and snacks to take with us which was a nice extra.

I booked this room for myself and my father. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to request an extra bed or preparation of the sofa bed. I was told the room did not have a sofa bed and that an extra bed would be tight, but I agreed and asked them to arrange it anyway. Upon arrival, nothing had been prepared. I confirmed again with reception before going out for dinner, and they assured me my request was noted. However, when we returned, they only brought a small extra bed and left it in the middle of the room with sheets, without any setup or assistance. I checked the sofa myself and discovered it was actually convertible. I opened it, prepared it, and made the bed myself. The extra bed provided was unnecessary and felt like it was given without proper attention to my request. The next day, after checkout, I left our bags at reception. When we returned to take something from them, the staff threw away the bag collection coupons even though the numbered tags were still attached to the bags. This showed a lack of attention to a simple request. Overall, the service was disappointing, especially since I was a returning customer.

The location is closest to nice restraunts as well as tourist attractions.
