I got at the property around 8 o clock and the clerk said that it was too late and they had already gave my room to someone else. Because according to him, I had to check-in by 6 pm at the latest. Checking on the internet policies for their check-in and check-out couldn't find anything that stated this.. also, th clerk was not very nice. The other property were we were sent is the ferry. This hotel was good except for the matters being too hard.

"Recommended, low key and convenient"

This is a lovely little pensione type hotel a block away from the Zocalo. Very nice and ample space.
